O mealheiro da economia verde está vazio

Um artigo de opinião na Forbes sobre os cortes que a Europa, à beira da recessão, está a fazer na luxuosa economia verde. Como se costuma dizer, quem não tem dinheiro não tem vícios. E em Portugal devia saber-se que, em tempos de crise, não existem direitos adquiridos. Conseguir uma pequena redução nos incentivos à microgeração, isto é, cortar apenas a particulares que não têm força de contestação é muito pouco.
